In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their printing needs, process print requests, elevate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. Print shop experience preferred. Applicant must have experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Outlook). Must be able to create a pleasant and positive environment for our customers with good phone skills. We are a fast paced, deadline oriented environment. Hours are Monday-Friday 9-5.
