Job summary

Lawn Doctor Bridgewater-Hillsborough is seeking a customer service representative to assist current and future customers. The role focuses on listening to concerns and presenting our lawn care solutions. Compensation is hourly and schedules are typically 6 am–2 pm, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility; part-time applicants are welcome.

Ideal candidates are reliable, communicative, and proficient in Word/Excel. Prior lawn care experience is valued but not required; training is provided.

Lawn Doctor is looking for a reliable individual to provide exceptional customer service to our current and future customers. This position revolves around listening to concerns and showing how our services can be a solution. Compensation is hourly based. The ideal hours structure would be 6 am - 2 pm Monday-Friday but can be somewhat flexible. We will consider part-time applicants as well.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is friendly, and has excellent communication and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Training will be provided on our software. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable but not required.

• Takes inbound calls from customers and potential customers
