Job summary

Lawn Doctor is seeking Lawn Care Technicians to join our team. You will fertilize lawns, aerate, apply regulated products, seed lawns, and maintain equipment while delivering friendly service to customers.

We offer $20–$21 per hour with bonuses, full-time and part-time options, paid training and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and PTO. No prior lawn care experience required; a valid driver’s license is helpful.

Daily Tasks Include

• Fertilize lawns and Aerate lawns
• Apply other regulated pest control product to lawns, landscape beds, and trees and shrubs
• Prepare and seed lawns
• Maintain the appearance of their assigned equipment and vehicles
• Interact respectfully and positively with customers, the public, and other Lawn Doctor technicians and employees
• Maintain necessary and proper communication with the office throughout the day
• Behave in a professional and courteous manner at all times

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is interested in learning and growing, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. No need for experience in the lawn care industry, it is helpful but not needed. The right person who is passionate about communications through phone and email and is willing to learn the Lawn Doctor lawn service features and benefits will get paid very well for utilizing their skills in this role.

Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
