• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions within our CRM.
• Support customer retention by building positive relationships and providing exceptional service.
• Work closely with Operations and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assist with administrative tasks and office operations as needed.
• Recommend additional Lawn Doctor services when appropriate based on customer needs.

This is a fast paced, customer focused role where you’ll spend your day answering phone calls, responding to emails and text messages, assisting customers with their accounts, scheduling services, and working closely with our Operations and Sales teams. What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages from customers with professionalism and care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, office administration, or a customer facing role is preferred.
• Experience using CRM software is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
