Job summary

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a Milwaukee, WI manufacturing company to hire a Customer Service Representative. This role supports spare parts orders, pricing review, and ongoing customer communication.

You will enter and quote orders, provide phone support, prepare BOM-based parts lists, and assist with inventory tasks. Strong Excel/Word skills and 2+ years in manufacturing customer service are preferred. On-site, first shift, $22–$27/hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related customer service experience.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle customer calls, orders and requests.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience with IFS, bills of materials, queries or quick reports is a plus.
