Horizon Health and Wellness, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and help patients navigate our patient portal.

The ideal candidate shows empathy, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy. A High School diploma or GED is required, bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and experience with EMR is a plus.

• Must be pleasant, friendly, and empathetic.
• Typing ~35 wpm with 85% accuracy and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person and over the phone.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage basic front-desk tasks.
• Assist patients with the patient portal and navigate general filing systems.
