Horizon Health and Wellness, Inc. in Globe, AZ seeks a Customer Service Representative II to be the first point of contact for patients, handling accurate data entry, demographics and insurance information, and scheduling a variety of appointments.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in medical/behavioral health customer service, and excellent communication skills. Strong confidentiality and computer proficiency are required, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED; Education and/or experience equivalent to a minimum of three (3) years in customer service.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in medical/behavioral health environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain a positive and helpful attitude with customers, providers and clinic operations.
• Must have the ability to follow oral and written directions as they relate to the functions listed above.
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective teamwork skills and the ability to meet deadlines and productivity standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess knowledge of telephone etiquette and experience handling multiple telephone lines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Proficient in use of computers, electronic health record and software programs.
• Possess valid drivers license, home/Cell phone and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
• Must obtain and maintain a Fingerprint clearance card and pass a background check.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Insurance and medical experience
