Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative based in New Jersey to assist consumers with Marketplace questions and health coverage enrollment. You will process applications, determinations, enrollments, and life event changes while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to navigate multiple systems. Training runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ET for three weeks, with strict internet

• Explain Marketplace decisions and refer/escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with requests for materials and translation services.
• Follow all privacy, confidentiality, and company procedures.
• Attend required training and maintain knowledge of programs and systems.

APPLICANTS MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN NEW JERSEY (NJ)

Customer Service Representative - REMOTE

Start Date: Nov 16th

Pay: $18/hr on w2

Duration: assignments are expected to conclude on April 30th

Training: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Eastern for a duration of 3 weeks.

A reliable high-speed internet connection with a hardwired ethernet connection is required.

WIFI connections are not permitted

Equipment will NOT be provided by Client.

Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling high-volume calls.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Able to learn and navigate multiple computer systems.
• Comfortable working with sensitive/confidential information.
• Previous call center, customer service, healthcare, or benefits experience is a plus.
