The customer service representative will be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and assisting customers by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly resolve issues. Must be willing to listen, learn, and address any customer inquiries.

Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer care; assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, troubleshooting, or guidance for a positive experience.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and IVR systems effectively.
