Description

The customer service representative will be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and assisting customers by being informative, empathetic, and eager to resolve issues quickly. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry.

Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer care by assessing customer needs and offering appropriate solutions, troubleshooting, or guidance for a positive experience.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or IVR systems.
• Follow all customer service procedures and policies.
