Job Description
The Associate Product Consultant provides high-quality customer care to create a positive experience for consumers. This role involves managing inbound calls and emails from customers regarding product and warranty questions.

This is a remote role starting on June 16, 2025. Contact Center hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm Eastern Time, with rotating shifts. Starting pay is $17.92/hour with proficient Spanish skills. Benefits start Day 1, including all equipment. Applicants should be available to start on June 16, 2025, with no planned time off through July 18th.

Contact Center hours are 7am-6pm Central, 6am-5pm Mountain, and 5am-4pm Pacific Time. Candidates must work within their time zone hours.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer experiences, enhancing the reputation of FBIN products through positive interactions.
  2. Manage inbound calls, identify issues, and provide clear solutions for product and technical support.
  3. Use technology to assist consumers with product identification, troubleshooting, and guiding through repair/installation.
  4. Resolve challenging consumer situations, ensuring positive outcomes.
  5. Meet or exceed performance targets in call quality, management, and productivity.
  6. Document customer interactions and troubleshooting efforts accurately.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus.
  • Ability to focus, work with low mobility, and observe details carefully.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
  • Must meet internet speed requirements, pass background and drug tests, and have a secure workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
