Qualifications

Job description

$28 per hour

Strata Information Technology is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Remote). This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and enjoys helping others. Working remotely, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still providing exceptional and efficient support to our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

\- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat

\- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support for our products and services

\- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing top-notch customer service

\- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

\- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

\- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex customer issues

\- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to the team

\- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics

Qualifications:

\- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

\- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or technical support role

\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

\- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

\- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, virtual team environment

\- Proficient in using technology and troubleshooting technical issues

\- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
