Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Boise, Idaho. The role supports the Sales and Customer Service OEM team with world-class service, order entry, quotes, RMAs, and contract negotiations.

You will travel regionally up to 10%, learn product concepts and technical details, and work with ERP/CRM tools. Strong writing and communication skills are essential.

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories seeks a Customer Service Representative to support our Sales and Customer Service OEM team. We are looking for a values-driven, positive, and motivated professional who embodies strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills and will strive to provide excellent service to our customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, a typical day might include the following:

• Providing world-class customer care to both internal and external customers.
• Engaging in regional customer support activities, including accurate entry of orders & quotes, RMA's, pricing negotiation, contract negotiation, and creation/maintenance of customer unique specifications.
• Communicating with customers and sales representatives on deliverables and any additional customer service issues with some work direction from supervisor and peers.
• Complete and pass required Customer Service Representative process certifications provided by SEL.
• Using judgment skills, prior experience, and company policies and procedures to resolve standard and in-region problems.
• Assisting with customer feedback tracking and driving to customer satisfaction.
