Job summary

Jose Chavez-Lindley Agency | American Family Insurance in Denver, CO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent service to clients, assist with their insurance needs, and support growth through cross-sales opportunities. You’ll serve as the primary contact for inquiries and policy servicing, process changes and payments, and collaborate with licensed agents to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience in customer service or insurance preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

• Earn commissions on any cross-sales you help generate

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance license preferred, but willing to support candidates interested in getting licensed
• Experience in customer service or insurance preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
