What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide exceptional support to existing customers while identifying opportunities to strengthen their insurance protection.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to existing clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, claims support, and coverage updates.
• Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products based on customer needs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Educate clients on policy options, discounts, and available coverage.
• Process policy transactions accurately and maintain organized customer records.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency service and sales goals.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Previous insurance agency experience strongly preferred.
• Experience providing both customer service and insurance sales support.
• Life Insurance License is a plus or willingness to obtain.
