And we’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Move Consultant (formerly Customer Service Representative) to join our office team. This isn’t your typical call center or CSR role. When people call us, it’s because they need help — often during a stressful time. Your job is to guide them through their moving experience with care, confidence, and clarity.

What You’ll Do

Answer inbound calls (no cold calling) from customers looking to schedule a move

What We’re Looking For:

A great communicator — friendly, professional, and clear on the phone

Detail-oriented — you catch the small stuff others miss

Comfortable on the phone all day and working at a computer

Motivated to help people, not just close deals

A natural multi-tasker who stays cool under pressure

Sales-savvy but never pushy

Must-haves:

1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience

High school diploma or GED (associate’s degree is a plus)

Basic computer skills (we’ll train you on our software)

Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and random drug screens
