Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Charlotte, NC is hiring a Move Consultant to handle inbound sales and customer service. You’ll guide clients through their moving experience, provide quotes, and walk them through the process with care and clarity.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators who stay composed on the phone, listen with empathy, and can multitask while using our software. A high school diploma and 1+ year of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED (associate’s degree is a plus).
• Basic computer skills (we’ll train you on our software).
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and random drug screens.

• Answer inbound calls (no cold calling) from customers looking to schedule a move
• Build rapport quickly — ask the right questions and listen with empathy
• Provide accurate quotes and walk customers through the process
• Input customer info into our system while you talk (multitasking is key!)

Charlotte, NC | $20/hour + bonuses | Full-Time

When people call us, it’s because they need help — often during a stressful time. Your job is to guide them through their moving experience with care, confidence, and clarity.

What You’ll Do
