Job summary

Two Men and a Truck International Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Move Consultant (formerly Customer Service Representative) to handle inbound calls, quote moves, and guide customers through the process with empathy and clarity.

You’ll input data, follow up with clients, and strive to provide the best moving solutions while staying composed, friendly, and professional. Bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits complement the $20/hour starting pay.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls (no cold calling) from customers looking to schedule a move
• Build rapport quickly — ask the right questions and listen with empathy
• Provide accurate quotes and walk customers through the process
• Input customer info into our system while you talk (multitasking is key!)
• Ask for the sale — clearly and confidently, without being pushy
• Follow up to ensure everything goes smoothly before and after the move
• Stay informed on our services, promotions, and systems so you can offer the best solutions
• Support your team — because we win together
