Job summary

Pathfinders, Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will manage a large volume of calls, respond to inquiries, and keep accurate customer records.

This on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a pay range of $19–$20 per hour. You will build sustainable relationships with client accounts and help ensure timely resolutions to issues.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Experience in data entry or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
