Job summary

S and G stores in Ohio is seeking a store associate to directly support the store manager, ensuring smooth operations, excellent service, and compliance with policies.

You will lead customer service, greet customers, maintain a clean, organized store appearance, process transactions with integrity, and ensure merchandising plans and plan-o-grams are properly implemented.

This role requires flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail experience / Customer Service experience required.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for an entire shift.
• Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds.
• Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures (store, outside, cooler).
• Available to work weekends, evenings, and busy periods/holidays.

• Respond quickly to emergencies for the safety and security of customers and employees and notify the appropriate individuals.
• Unload trucks for restocking the store.
