Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Norwood, OH is hiring a Customer Service Representative for CheckSmart. You’ll help customers access short-term financial solutions, process transactions such as check cashing, money transfers and payments, and create an outstanding in-store experience.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, coaching, and development with clear paths for promotion across our eleven brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, lifting up to 25 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Attend in-store and community events and support on-site tasks.
