This entry-level role offers hands-on training, coaching, and development as the company grows across eleven brands. You’ll work full-time, including weekends, and have opportunities for advancement within a dynamic, community-focused organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional demeanor.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Build new business via daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments.
