The Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative for CheckSmart in Lorain, OH. You will help customers access financial solutions, process transactions, and deliver a positive in-store experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.

Responsibilities
