SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will respond to questions, assist with in-store and online ordering, and build lasting relationships.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to new technologies, and accurate inventory handling. A minimum of 1 year retail/wholesale experience and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred; lifting up to 50

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge a plus.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control while maintaining safety.
