SiteOne Landscape Supply in California is seeking a bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver outstanding service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will handle inquiries in person, by phone or online, and support sales with accurate order processing.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in retail or wholesale, is fluent in English and Spanish, and is ready to learn new technologies while maintaining a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge or landscape, nursery, or irrigation product experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers.
• Build and manage strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers with questions in person, by phone, or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and processes.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks while maintaining safety.
