Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in our Lynn Haven, FL center. You will explain repair processes, coordinate with insurance partners, and support the DRP workflow while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Organization and multitasking skills, good time management, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on repair process and insurance claim steps.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
• Coordinate Rental Car and Tow services to provide one-stop service to customers.
• Ensure all vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup teammate.
• Assist in customer communication throughout the repair process.
• Monitor DRP assignments, estimate/repair appointments, and capture rates of assignments.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and ARMS daily.
• Assist with reconciling invoices to payables reports daily and monthly.
• Keep customer waiting area clean and stocked with essentials.
