Classic Collision in Chattanooga, TN is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first friendly voice for our customers. You will explain repair processes, coordinate insurance information, and help customers navigate the repair journey.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on the repair process, including insurance claim information.
• Maintain broad knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load levels.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services to provide one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup teammate.
• Assist with customer communication throughout the repair process.
• Monitor DRP assignments, estimate/repair appointments, and capture rates of assignments.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and Enterprise ARMS daily.
• Secure proper payments and reconcile invoices to payables.
• Ensure customer waiting area and comfort items are maintained.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
