• Experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Explain and educate customers on repair process and insurance claims.
• Coordinate rental car and tow to provide one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales.
• Assist with reconciling invoices and maintaining waiting areas.
