Caliber Collision's Upland service center is looking for a Customer Service Representative who greets customers, delivers extraordinary service, and supports daily shop workflow.

The position manages workload, coordinates Rental Car/Tow providers to provide one-stop service, and stays informed on insurance requirements for authorizations, billing and load-level processes to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems.

Responsibilities
