Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Poway service center to greet customers and deliver extraordinary service while coordinating rental car services and working with insurance requirements. You will monitor workload and support load level decisions to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume and help balance load levels at the center.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow services to provide one-stop service.
• Understand insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
