Volt is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative in Santa Maria, CA. The CSR will be a key contact for truck drivers, customers and internal teams, handling check-ins, inquiries and scheduling to ensure smooth warehouse and logistics operations.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced setting and basic computer skills; prior experience in logistics or warehousing is preferred. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits in Santa Maria.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, warehousing, or transportation preferred.
• Strong communication skills (both phone and in-person) and a professional, courteous demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling or logistics software is a plus.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with truck drivers or in a warehouse/distribution center setting is highly valued.

Responsabilités

Job Summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for truck drivers, customers, and internal teams. You will handle check-ins for incoming and outgoing trucks, manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, and coordinate appointment scheduling to ensure smooth warehouse and logistics operations.

• *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
