As a Customer Service Representative you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in company systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet established service metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer's experience.
• Handle sensitive customer information while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
• Support administrative tasks and data entry as needed.

This is a full-time contract to perm, opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ years of customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, administrative, or client-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when handling difficult situations or high-volume workloads.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software, CRM systems, and customer service platforms.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer experience and building lasting customer relationships.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Pay Rate: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
