Volt in Nipomo, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a full-time role starting in the first week of November. You will operate manual and electric pallet jacks, receive shipments, and prepare orders for shipping.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures. Forklift certification is preferred but not required. This role offers a supportive team environment and benefits.

This is a Full-Time opportunity.

Start Date: First Week of November

Schedule: Approximately 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Proven experience operating manual and/or electric pallet jacks.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or prior forklift experience highly preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping documents, BOLs, and inventory systems is a plus.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
