Job summary

You will assist with marketing and trade show activities, attend weekly sales and production meetings, and support management with reports.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; ERP exposure a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests by email and phone.
• Provide quotes for replacement parts and new equipment.
• Enter customer orders into the system.
• Communicate project status and shipment updates to customers.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping arrangements.
• Prepare equipment and parts quotations and proposals with specs and literature.
• Draft proposals for review by Sales Managers or Engineers as requested.
• Enter all orders into the ERP system and monitor billing statuses.
