Job summary

Superior Industries Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Estimator in Morris, MN. You will quote accurately, process orders, and keep customers informed throughout the sales cycle. You will work with distributors, end users, and internal teams to ensure precise product information and timely deliveries.

Experience with MS Excel, ERP Sales Modules, and Salesforce is valued. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence others, and build strong relationships.
• Strong multitasking skills with excellent organizational abilities.
• Solid mechanical understanding and above-average math skills.
• Proficient with Windows software including MS Excel, ERP Sales Modules, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate quotes by responding to inquiries and providing detailed product information.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with Engineering, Transportation, and Production to finalize specs.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and dealers about quotes, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Use product knowledge to recommend solutions and refine quotes to reflect special requirements.
