Responsibilities

• Identify key contacts at customer facilities and maintain high-profile customer contact.
• Prepare and process quotes for aftermarket parts, services, repairs, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with operations, service, purchasing, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve order issues, monitor status, and communicate updates to customers.
• Support revenue growth and long-term customer relationships.
