Job summary

Vallen seeks a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join at a customer location, delivering exceptional service while purchasing products and materials that meet quality and delivery standards. The role emphasizes reliable supply and price efficiency.

You will support procurement activities, coordinate with vendors, and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure smooth operations and cost savings for our customers and Vallen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of procurement experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS-Office and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Willing to learn and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Procure and place purchase orders to meet customer demand.
• Expedite orders and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery and update customers.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and perform follow-ups.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain professional worksite.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
