• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years procurement experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Computer skills and ability to learn ERP and Inventory Management apps.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Procure products to meet customer demand and align with purchasing strategies.
• Place purchase requisitions and vendor purchase orders.
• Monitor quality and timeliness of supplied products and coordinate replacements as needed.
• Follow up on purchase orders with vendors and communicate status to customers.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure adherence to SOPs.
