Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Middletown, OH. The CSR will help customers access financial solutions, process transactions, and provide an exceptional in-store experience in a high-performance environment.

In this entry-level role, you’ll receive hands-on training, coaching, and development aimed at long-term career growth. The position offers competitive hourly pay and a broad benefits program across eleven brands nationwide.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with POS systems, phones, and computer software.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required and compliant with law.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Offer personalized financial services to meet customers’ needs.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Build new business via daily call campaigns and support store operations.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments and coordinating appointments.
• Maintain store appearance, security procedures, and compliance with policies.
• Maintain a full-time in-store schedule, including weekends.
