Job summary

The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Harrison, OH location. You will assist customers with transactions, build relationships, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to enter data accurately and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Assist in providing personalized financial services fitting customers' needs.
• Enter and maintain customer information into a POS system with precision.
• Support in-store activities, including community events and on-site tasks.
• Uphold store appearance, cleanliness, and security protocols.
