Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Stockton, CA seeks a Customer Service Representative to help customers with transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and payments in a fast-paced in-store environment. You will receive hands-on training and development as part of our growth-focused organization, with opportunities to move across our eleven brands nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system.
• Participate in on-site events and store tasks.
• Maintain store appearance and security procedures.
• Work full-time, including weekends (40 hours per week).
