Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Miami Gardens, FL seeks a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with check cashing, money transfers, and payments. You’ll receive hands-on training, coaching, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced, in-store environment.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining accurate data, and supporting account management while providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time, in-person role with weekends required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in some locations).
• Background check required by law compliance.
• Able to handle physical demands of standing and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information into the POS system with precision.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
• Uphold company policies and comply with laws and regulations.
• Full-time in-person schedule, including weekends.
