Job summary

CCF Family of Brands in Saginaw, MI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers access financial solutions and to process transactions in-store. You’ll build connections with a diverse customer base while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, coaching, and development across our national network of brands. A full-time 40‑hour schedule includes weekends, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check conducted in accordance with applicable law.
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information into a POS system.
• Build new business by daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Participate in on-site events and maintain store appearance.
• Maintain security protocols and opening/closing procedures.
