Job summary

CCF Family of Brands in Tomball, TX seeks a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with in-store financial solutions, process transactions, and provide outstanding service. This entry-level role includes hands-on training and growth opportunities across our brands.

You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy, customer care, and teamwork, while adhering to store policies and security procedures. In-person, full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use during workday.
• Background check required.
• Able to stand and move in-store and handle daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Provide personalized financial services to fit customers’ needs.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system with precision.
• Support in-store tasks and participate in marketing and events.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Uphold company policies and comply with laws and regulations.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product/process changes.
• Manage a full-time, in-person schedule including weekends.
