The Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Northport, AL is hiring a Customer Service Representative to help customers access short-term financial solutions and process transactions in-store. This entry-level role includes hands-on training and development in a high-performance environment.

You will engage customers, enter data carefully, operate the POS system, and support daily operations, with opportunities for advancement across our 11 brands nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Assist in on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
• Uphold company policies and comply with laws.
