Job summary

The Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Norcross, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers access financial solutions and process transactions with accuracy in a high‑performance in-store environment.

You’ll receive hands-on training and opportunities to advance across our eleven brands nationwide. The role requires a full-time, in-person schedule including weekends, with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required and conducted in accordance with law.
• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information into the POS with precision.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Perform duties outside the office as needed, including on-site errands and events.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
• Uphold security procedures and cash handling practices.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product changes.
• Work a full-time in-person schedule (40 hours/week), including weekends.
