This entry-level role includes hands-on training, leadership development, and cross-brand mobility across our 11 brands nationwide. A strong focus on accuracy, data entry, and customer care is essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be 18+ years old; background checks required.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with customers to build relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Offer personalized financial services to fit customers' lifestyles.
• Enter and maintain customer data in a POS system with precision.
• Manage daily call campaigns and assist in accounts management.
• Attend store duties including opening/closing procedures and security.
