Job summary

Graybar Electric Company in Dallas, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for customers, entering orders, handling requests, and providing timely, courteous support.

You will respond to inbound and outbound calls, assist with product selection, upsell Graybar goods and services on calls, and coordinate requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, credit and claims; shift Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience preferred
• High School education
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer issues
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls
• Provide support on product selection and application
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims
