Horizon Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Gilbert, AZ to be the face of the sales center.

You will assist walk-in and phone customers, share product knowledge, provide recommendations to improve margins, and ensure excellent service with a positive attitude. The CSR serves as the primary contact for orders, supports loading merchandise, and collaborates with team members to deliver a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail or service environments.
• Clear written and spoken English; good communication with customers.
• Ability to upsell and recommend product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone customers and identify needs.
• Recommend products, upsell options and complementary items.
• Collaborate with team and use company resources to sell value.
• Prepare sales orders and assist with loading merchandise.
