You will upsell, load merchandise, and work with a team to deliver exceptional service while keeping the sales center organized and assisting in warehouse duties. Bilingual a plus; forklift certification preferred.

• Make follow-up calls to generate opportunities and grow business.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and timely.
